  • A credit card may be required to hold your reservation. We will contact you if necessary.

  • Travel arrangements are non-changeable and non-cancelable.

    Black-out periods may apply - all reservations are subject to availability. Reservations made by client direct with hotel will be considered a cash reservation. Booking amounts due in foreign currencies will be converted to US$ amounts at the current exchange rate the day of booking. A $25 cash change fee may be assessed. A 3% non-refundable cash processing fee will be assessed on all travel bookings.

    By submitting this Travel Booking Form you are authorizing BBU to contact a third party vendor to reserve your travel plans. Reservations are not guaranteed and do not become effective until/unless you receive written confirmation from BBU or its agent.
